Matesrates is an Independent Bali based company offering full range of  services in Accomodation, tours, ground arrangements for events and Conferences, plus our VIP Express Airport Arrival service.

It was established by 2 guys from Australia  who had lived in Bali for several years and their friends kept on asking them.

With their extensive knowledge of tourism in Bali they decided it was an opportunity to turn those “friends” requests into a business which has now been in operation for over 9 years.

We have found our clients just appreciate so much that “we are here and local” for them when they are on holiday in Bali…..no need to worry about trying to contact an airline or Travel Agency back in Australia to alter your holiday programme….we are just a simple local phone call away.

Also the “ personal touch” is what we are commended for when we are attending to your holiday..

We know and have visited the hotels and villas we represent, we also know the people who run the accomodation…  we even will check out your accomodation you may have booked direct not even with us just to make sure “that seaview” is real and not a long distance away.
