Hi Monica and Frank,   Apology for the late reply in regards to the airport transfer feedback.   Made was very nice and friendly. He is also very helpful with the luggage. The cold towels, drinks and air con was fantastic as it was pretty hot and humid when we arrived even though it was after 10PM. Today was fabulous. We went to Bali Zoo. Had a ball looking at the animals and walking around this tropical paradise. Even rode an elephant. I can hear some gasps already. There was also a water area for the children to cool off in. Our driver for the day Made arranged by Frank Andrews and Lisa Monica from Matesrates Bali was a godsend. Carried Max all day. A must if you come to Bali. And don't forget to feed the deer.

Hi Frank and Monica,   I’m writing this to let other people know who are traveling to Bali or returning home of a collection of wonderful helpers who are called “The Pink Ladies”. They are a group who collect you as you enter the airport. They introduce themselves and take you to a special area where you show your documents and from there you are directed to a lounge for you and your party. Best part there’s no queuing up at all ,all you do is wait for your luggage which they collect for you. They then take you through to customs to hand in your declaration form and it’s that easy. With exceptionally busy airport day or night I cannot tell you that without The Pink Ladies hours of waiting is avoided. Our daughter with her twin 6 yr olds used them also going back to Perth at the Bali airport. There was so much less stress for her they actually did all the documentation and again no queuing up. Hi Team, May I say what an experience your new service was ! To be greeted at the arrival of the aircraft by two lovely smiling Bali girls who ushered us through immigration and customs with no fuss whatsoever. Talking to us the whole way about our stay in Bali and what we had planned for the trip. It really set the tone for the rest of our trip which was as usual fantastic. I highly recommend anyone travelling to Bali to experience your unique service as you will not be disappointed Setting the tone early for an enjoyable holiday is extremely important particularly if you have not travelled to Bali before. Hi Frank & Monica, We are home and slowly catching up. Both Lynette and I are so grateful of your help on Arrival and Departure. Frank the two young ladies that assisted us on Departure were the very best of help you could imagine. They took 110% care of Lynette and nothing was any trouble. They got us through and into the Lounge within 30 minutes. If we were to do by ourselves Departure would have probably taken 2 hours and Lynette would have not survived. One of the ladies came back and processed us through the Departure Gate and took us to the door of the Plane. SOOOOOOO helpful. We were first on and all I can say is a mighty THANK YOU TO YOU AND MONICA AND YOUR PEOPLE. Let me not to forget your Driver he was extremely helpful and on time and a joy to be driven by him. Finally, you and Monica have a great business and when we return similar time next year you both will be contacted for your assistance and tours as well, and visit Temple in the Sea etc. I will also tell friends if traveling to Bali and need HELP they should contact yourselves.
